Can I order even if products are showing out of stock? You can order any product showing out of stock. We will place your order in our production run. We can tell you when your product is going to be made. We will charge you and payment will be taken upon placing your order. The estimated delivery date for the product will be on the product page. Any ‘Sold Out’ item cannot be bought. Why do you take payment when I order? All our products are handmade our scarves are coming from the best cashmere producing region in the world, in Nepal and our leather journals take up to a week to be printed and put together. So all payments are taken when a product is ordered. How will you ship my order? Orders within the UK will be shipped via Royal Mail tracking delivery. Orders from outside the UK in Europe will be sent via Royal Mail’s international service. Orders for the rest of the world will be shipped via Fed Ex You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your product have left us. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. You will be sent an email to say that your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number too. Can I return my purchase? Yes, you can. We are keen to make this easy as we can for you. Just tick the refund or exchange box on the paperwork provided when you receive your goods. We recommend that customers send their parcels back to us using a tracked service as we are not liable to cover the cost of loss or damaged parcels that are sent. You will have to cover the cost of returning any goods to us. And your delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
